Hello, my name is Seba, I'm subletting my flatmate's room from June 1st until the end of the year, possibly longer.

The flat is in a beautiful Victorian mansion block in Belgravia. I have been living here for a few years, and it is a lovely area.

The room/flat :
-Double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair
- Four minutes walk from Sloane Square station
- One flatmate (myself), a working freelance professional who mostly works from home.
