Double room with a lot of communal aera for rent in a 4 bedroom quite and cosy house near Bellingham and Catford station. The house has been extended to a large kitchen leading onto a big south facing garden.
The room is at the first floor of the house and share its bathroom with 2 other lodgers.
Their is a cleaner coming twice a month to look after the communal areas.
The tenant are easy going young professional respectual of each other. There are 2 boys and 1 girl, so i would give priority to another girl to keep things even.
All shops are a short walking distance with possibility to keep a bicycle atb the back garden safely.
