Double ensuite, £900 for 1 inclusive of all bills

I have a double ensuite room situated on the first floor of a 4 storey house, to let. The room is spacious with an abundance of light and has an en suite. There is a kitchen and living room that is shared .At present, I stay here and so does 1 other male professional.

I am looking for a single person, student or professional. All bills are included in the monthly rent = council tax, water, electricity, heating and WiFi.
