All Inclusive Double Bed Room In Belsize Park

Advertised is a large double bedroom, all furnished as in the photos attached. There is a shared living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is also a small room with desk and wardrobe which can be used as an office or for extra storage.

The rent is £1000. This comes to approximately £1165 per month after all bills, which also includes a cleaner who cleans the shared living spaces once a week. The cleaner may also be able to clean your room for an additional fee.

The area in my opinion is the best in London. Within 10 mins walk you are at the leafy Hampstead heath park and 15 mins from Primrose hill/Regents Park.

In terms of transport you can roll out of bed to Belsize park tube station 2 mins from the flat or Finchley road 15 mins away. There are also multiple bus stops outside the flat.

There is an abundance of cafes, pubs and restaurants within the area. Despite the proximity to the the city centre, it feels like a leafy suburb tucked away from the usual hustle and bustle of London.

You will be living with me, Matthew (32, British Chinese) a dentist, Nelson (34 , Portuguese) a radiographer, and Luca (40, Italian) who is a hotel manager. The flat has always managed to hold tenants long term until pastures new, with the previous flatmate now returning back to their home city.

We are a sociable bunch and like to go for dinner and drinks whenever our schedule allows. Equally we are respectful of each others space and like to keep the flat clean. We don’t usually host parties and are on the whole a quiet flat especially as some of us work long shifts and weekends. Being said we are happy for flatmates to bring friends with prior notice.
