Large superking size bedroom available on a quiet, tree-lined road in Belsize Park/Hampstead.
Sharing a slightly lower ground floor flat with me, a non-smoking actor/lecturer.
Ideally looking for an agreement for Mon-Fri but would consider 7 days for the right person. Would especially suit someone in a creative arts industry or somebody moving to London for the first time who needs a friendly introduction to London life.
Paid on-street parking available and small garden area to the back.
Shared lounge sometimes available during daytimes although this room also acts as a second bedroom for me 3-4 days a week.
All bills included and furnishings included. Plenty of storage space and room for bike storage.
Under 10 minute walk to Belsize Park, Chalk Farm and 15 minutes to Swiss Cottage tubes. Similar distance to Hampstead Heath Overground, with an all night bus stop at the end of the road.
