A modern top floor apartment in Belsize Park

A comfortable, homely flat in a lovely part of North London. The room has a private bathroom with a bath and shower over. The flat has both a west facing balcony and roof terrace, allowing for beautiful afternoon and evening light, perfect for winding down after work.

Belsize Park is well connected (Northern line) and you’re within easy walking distance of Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. Resident parking is also available if you have a car.

The flat itself is modern, bright and airy, a really nice space to come home to. The room comes furnished, though I’m happy to remove pieces if you’d prefer to put your own stamp on it.

My boyfriend is moving out and taking some bits and pieces with him, so it would be really lovely if the right person wanted to help make it feel like a proper home again, whether that’s adding your own touches or just bringing good energy. Bills are separate, as a rough guide, your share would be: council tax £133/month, gas and electricity approx. £75/month, water approx. £30/month, plus broadband. The flat also has a weekly cleaner, which I cover.

I work in real estate so my routine varies, sometimes at home, sometimes out and about. Someone fairly chilled with that would suit well. I’d like a dynamic where we can be respectful of each other’s space, but equally happy to share a glass of wine and a good chat when the mood strikes.

The flat is shared with Alfie, my 9 month old Pomeranian who can be a bit sassy but warms up quickly and loves a cuddle. He’s on the lookout for a loving, cool auntie, so bonus points if you’re up for the role.
