I have a double guest room in my second floor 2-bed flat that I'd love to find someone suitable for a weekday arrangement (but open to other options too).

The room is a neat double, with super comfortable bed (Hypnos brand), bedside tables and some open cupboard space. The rest of the flat is all beautifully finished to high spec and benefits from amazing peace and quiet, being on the back side of a Victorian conversation property quite typical of the area. The bathroom is shared, with lovely spa-like feel. The heated tiles in the winter months are a game changer!

Looking for a Monday–Friday arrangement - ideal for anyone needing to be in London during the week. The room and communal spaces are well looked after, clean and generally clutter free flat.

Situated in leafy Belsize Park, a mere 5 min from Primrose Hill or 12 min to Hampstead. Fantastic location for central London, can easily Lime bike in or even walk (through Primrose Hill and Regents Park, takes ca 30min to walk to Great Portland Street tube.
