Accommodation in a furnished home while I am temporarily away. This remains my principal residence, and I will return at the end of the agreed period. You will have full use of the apartment - main bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and upstairs space and facilities.

Gorgeous raised ground floor one-bedroom apartment arranged over two levels in a quiet period conversion, ideally located on the borders of Belsize Park, Primrose Hill and St John’s Wood.

The main living space is bright, featuring an open-plan layout with high ceilings, bay windows, secondary glazing, an original decorative fireplace and a comfortable pull-down double bed. It also includes a dedicated home-office set-up with an adjustable standing desk, ergonomic office chair and monitor.

The modern fitted kitchen has Quartz worktops, a dishwasher and an instant boiling and filtered-water tap. It is exceptionally well equipped with Hexclad cookware, crockery, cutlery and appliances including a Ninja blender and food processor, smoothie maker, juicer and toaster.

Upstairs is a separate space with a single bed, utility area, washer-dryer, additional freezer and second toilet. The apartment has one high-spec shower bathroom and two toilets in total. The bathroom includes a demister mirror, shaver socket, useful storage and rose-gold fixtures.

The apartment is fully furnished. My personal clothing and food will be stored, leaving the wardrobes, kitchen cupboards and storage available for the guest. Furniture, decorative pieces, bedding, linen and towels are provided.

Other home comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi, Marshall speakers, a fan and an air purifier. The heating when required is excellent. There is also a walking pad, a selection of free weights from 2kg to 8kg and, if desired, a Bon Charge sauna blanket and PEMF mat available for careful use.

The apartment will be prepared before arrival, including freshly cleaned carpets and new filters for the filtered-water system. It is kept incredibly clean and tidy, I’m looking for someone who will maintain it to the same standard and treat it as their own home. Laundry detergent and cleaning products will be available at move-in; I simply ask that anything used up during the stay is replaced.

The building is peaceful, with lovely views over the street and neighbouring gardens. Primrose Hill and its cafés, shops and high street are approximately a 10-minute walk away, Belsize Village is around 12 minutes away, and Hampstead can be reached on foot in under 30 minutes.

Swiss Cottage station is close by for the Jubilee line, while Belsize Park and Chalk Farm stations provide easy access to the Northern line.

This is an approved arrangement. The landlord and real estate agent are aware, and both local property support and direct contact with me will remain available throughout the stay.

Gas, power, water - pay only for your usage. Other bills (e. g. internet, c. tax) included.

Dates are flexible, so please get in touch to discuss if required. Can also discuss deposit as an option to be used for final months rental payment.
