Current housemates…

We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household of mixed nationalities. We are two male professionals, one working as a journalist and the other as an economist. We’re both pretty independent and have varying schedules and interests, but we’re looking for a friendly individual who we can get along well with - we don’t want a house full of strangers!

About you…

We are looking for a responsible individual who appreciates a neat and tidy space and will help us maintain it. We try to be respectful of each other’s space and schedules, so would like someone who is mindful of noise levels, particularly for those working from home and especially at night.

Sadly (very sadly), one of us is allergic to pets, so we’re not allowed to have any animals in the house, so no pets, sorry!

The flat…

We live in a three-bedroom flat with a balcony, a large shared living room, and one bathroom shared between the three of us (we’ve never had any issues queuing!). The flat also offers space to work from home. We work hybrid schedules, so there’s usually someone around during the week.

The room…

The room itself is bright and cosy, with a double bed. There’s a set of drawers, a large wardrobe with a cupboard above and a full-length mirror, plus a smaller set of drawers for extra storage space. There is plenty, I promise!

The location…

The flat is on a quiet residential street in the peaceful and green Belsize Park area. We’re a 5–10 minute walk from a Morrisons and other smaller stores, including Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express. We’re also close to several restaurants, great cafés, a cinema and a gym.

The area is relaxed, but we’re only a 10–15 minute walk from Camden Market, so there are plenty of options if you’re looking for a bit more hustle and bustle.

We’re under a 10-minute walk from Chalk Farm tube station (Northern line). There’s also a 24-hour bus stop at the end of our road, with nearby stops serving routes 1 and 24. Most importantly, we’re just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill.

Bills, including council tax and fortnightly cleaner: £150pcm.

Council Tax Band C

Please be aware that the current contract runs until July 2027, after which it can be extended for another year.
