Large double bedroom, live out landlord, terrace

Hi, we have a large double bedroom available in a spacious 1,100sq feet 2 bed flat. The room is available from 1st November.

Live out landlord
We are a professional couple working in the City. We live outside London. We use the second bedroom on average only 3 nights per week, when we need to be back in London for work (usually Mon - Thu).

The room is fully furnished:
King size bed
Lots of wardrobe space
Shelving unit
Desk and an office chair
Mirror and lamp

The flat has one bathroom and a large kitchen, dining and living room and a private outdoor terrace. The building is modern, built in 2013.

Other amenities
Dishwasher and washing machine
Ultra fast 250MB internet
48inch Samsung TV
Large Tesco downstairs

Location
The property is in a great location, 7min walk to Bermondsey tube station, 10min walk to Tower Bridge and 15min to London Bridge.
There’s a large Southwark park nearby (12min walk) and beer mile and Maltby street marker 5min away.

All bills included
Available 1st November
Viewings start Saturday 17th October
