Spacious Double Room Near Elephant and Castle

A lovely double room is available in a modern terraced house, just a short distance from Elephant & Castle. The room is £965 a month, inclusive of all bills, and comes with the added convenience of a cleaner who visits twice a month.

We are open to flatmates of any gender and are seeking someone who is looking for a stay of 6 months plus, with the option to extend on a monthly rolling basis. Ideally, we’d like a young professional who is clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.

We’re a friendly group who enjoy a good chat but also value personal space. This is more than just a flatshare – you’ll be welcomed into a supportive “house family” where we often enjoy the occasional drink together or simply hang out.

The location is excellent, with a large Tesco nearby and plenty of local shops within easy reach, making it convenient for all your everyday needs.

As for house upkeep, while the cleaner handles the main cleaning duties, we all pitch in with the chores in between visits. A month’s rent will be required upfront as a deposit, which will be securely held in a deposit scheme.
