International food and Heathcare shops 10 min walk away. And 15 min walk from Surrey Quays shopping centre. Prime location as you’re 15-30 mins away from anywhere in London. Many parks and gyms for fitness and activities footsteps away.
Various restaurants and food markets/pop ups very close by.

Communal Areas are:

2 restrooms: 1st which has a toilet and basin only. 2nd which has a toilet, basin, bath/shower.

1 furnished spacious living room with a Smart TV, Fast wifi through out the house. Connecting balcony with pretty views.

1 spacious kitchen including a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave , electric hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster etc. Connecting to a dining area , which can be used as a work space too.

This is a very clean House share. Sharing with 1 female (myself Hannah)working professional. I’m a 32 friendly housemate, but tends to hide away in my room a lot.

Preferably looking for a Female Housemate. Just like myself, clean tidy and noise conscious. No smoking allowed inside, but feel free to use the balcony to do so. No pets allowed please.
