Double room in cosy home away from home

This is an opportunity to rent a cosy double bedroom, in a home away from home- like apartment.

The apartment is gorgeously refurbished, it has 2 rooms, and yours will be the queen sized large double bed room.

Ideally, I am looking for a professional female.

You will be a person who wishes to live in a place they can call home, and who will enjoy it to that extent but equally take care of their new home as if it was their own.

The room and the apartment are fully furbished, and have all the amenities of a modern smart house (including Sky TV, app operated heating & some of the lights). The huge bonus is our balcony, where you can have your breakfast in the morning or enjoy a cocktail with friends in the evening - it overlooks the green at the back of the flats and enjoys the sun in the morning as it is south facing.

Your room is also south facing and so you get to wake up to the rising sun tickling your nose.

Your room has plenty storage and there is also a possibility to agree a share on the use of the garage (for an extra fee) if you have a lot of things.

If you have a car, a great bonus of the flat is that you could park it in front of my garage for free.

Tesco and a large 24 hour corner shop are 2 mins walk away. Other shops like a big ASDA, Argos, Tesco or PCWorld, some coffee shops, bars and pubs are also just a stone's throw away.

Bermondsey tube station and many buses towards London Bridge and Liverpool Street are around 5-7 mins walk away. It takes me 15 mins to get to London Bridge by bus.

The flat is also 2 mins from buses going to Elephant & Castle (around 10 mins), and Holborn (around 20 mins). If you need to drive to East London, the Rotherhithe tunnel is only 5 mins drive from the flat.
