All mid 20s working professionals. Friendly and happy to chat but equally have their own lives. Currently 2 girls and 3 guys. They are all tidy and respectful.

Fully furnished: double bed, freestanding wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and curtains.

Kitchen / dining
Spacious kitchen-diner with washing machine and two large fridge-freezers. Each room has its own cupboard plus shared storage.

Bills included
500 Mb fibre broadband, electricity, gas, unlimited heating & hot water, council tax, and fortnightly (bi-weekly) cleaning — all included in the rent.

Zero deposit option is available via the Zero deposit scheme (cost 1 weeks rent) or 5 weeks rent held in a gov approved scheme.

Transport
~9-minute walk to Surrey Quays (Overground) and South Bermondsey (Southern to London Bridge). Canada Water (Jubilee Line) is one stop from Surrey Quays. Buses are <1 minute from the house.

Area
Tesco Extra & Lidl within ~10 minutes; convenience store 2 minutes away; Surrey Quays Shopping Centre close by. Near Southwark Park, Printworks and the Thames Path.

Tenant requirements
You must be working and/or have a strong guarantor to pass referencing. Typical income requirement is roughly 2× the rent.
