We’re looking for someone to take over our flatmate’s room in SE16 Bermondsey / Surrey Quays area.

_🗓️ Rent:
From the 3rd of July

_🏠 Rent:
£870 per month (minus bills – it changes depending on the season, and if you’re a student you don’t pay council tax :))

_🛌 The room:
A cozy room with a *new* double bed, a very nice big window with south facing windows and a large wardrobe + chest of drawers, available in our friendly maisonette flat.

_🏡 The shared spaces:
A bright living room with windows facing south, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

_🚀 Transport:
🚏Bus 1 and 381 stop right outside the flat, on a good day it only takes 20 minutes to get to Waterloo :)

🚂South Bermondsey Railway Station (5 min walk)

🔸Surrey Quays Overground Station (10 min walk)
▫️Bermondsey - Jubilee line (17 min walk)
▫️🔸Canada Water Jubilee line + Overground (20 mins walk or 10 min bus)

_🛒 Groceries:
Nisa Local (3 min walk)
Iceland Foods (8 min walk)
Tesco Extra (13 min walk or take bus 1/381 right outside the house)

_📍 Area:
A very handy location for all amenities. As well as the above, the very green Southwark Park is located 5mins down the road and the Thames river walk is only 20mins away. The building has a rather quiet feel, our neighbours are mostly residential and despite the road next to the flat it’s rather quiet. Our neighbours consist mainly of families. I’ve been living here for 3 years now and have never felt unsafe either, even coming home really late (or early :)).
