I'm looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to join me in this spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house tucked away on a quiet residential street in Bermondsey.
The house is just a short walk from the Jubilee line, making commuting into central London incredibly easy while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
The home has plenty of space to enjoy, including:

I'd love to live with someone who's respectful, easy-going and enjoys having a warm, relaxed home environment. We don't need to become best friends, but it'd be lovely to occasionally share a chat over dinner or a glass of wine rather than simply passing each other in the hallway.
The tenancy will be handled professionally through the landlord's letting agent, including referencing and the tenancy agreement.
