The flat itself is very spacious and comes with a balcony, a large living area and plenty of natural light. The development is very well maintained, with a great residential environment and very good security, so it feels safe and comfortable to live in.

There are two bedrooms:

One en-suite bedroom, with its own private bathroom;
One double bedroom with a separate private bathroom just outside the room, so in practice both rooms have their own bathrooms.

The whole flat is considerably larger than many typical London 2-bed flats, so there is plenty of shared living space without feeling crowded.

About me

I’m a working professional and have been working in the finance industry in London for the past two years. Before moving to London, I also lived in Paris and the US, so I really enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds.

I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy socialising and getting to know the person I live with, while also being very respectful of each other’s privacy and personal time. I don’t cook very often, so the kitchen is usually quite peaceful too!

I’m looking for someone who would enjoy a relaxed, clean and comfortable home environment.

As the flat requires a reference check, a working professional would be preferred.
