Looking for a new flatmate to join me in this lovely 2-bedroom flat in Bermondsey, as my current flatmate is moving out.

The room is a spacious furnished double with its own en-suite bathroom, plenty of storage and direct access to a private balcony. The flat has a bright open-plan kitchen/living space, dishwasher, washer/dryer, WiFi, a roof terrace and shared gardens.

Bermondsey Station is around an 8-minute walk away, while London Bridge is around 15–20 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of great cafés, bakeries, restaurants and independent shops nearby.

About me and the flat
I’m 27 and work in DE&I in banking, working from home around 3 days a week. Outside work, I enjoy cooking, seeing friends, exploring London and trying new restaurants.

The flat is relaxed, clean and sociable, while still giving us both plenty of personal space. I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who enjoys the occasional dinner, drink or catch-up but is also happy doing their own thing.
