We have a ground floor double room available in our beautiful home in Bermondsey for long term rent (no short terms). Rent is £718 without bills, roughly £820 all in (fluctuates slightly in winter) move in date end of November / 01 December - can be discussed. No couples sorry!! LGBT+ & very friendly space. Contract starts 1st December.
Viewing date: Sunday 18th October, between 3-6pm.
Facilities: 2 x bathrooms, a shared living room / diner with separate kitchen and a garden.
Location: 5 min walk to Bermondsey tube, 22 min walk to London bridge, 10 min walk to Southwark park and few minutes to the river with lovely pubs and views!
About us: we all get on really well, often going for drinks / Sunday roast or gigs together as well as enjoying our own downtime and space. This is not a party house but we do love a movie night & hanging out together when we can! We are all in the office 5 days a week so would ideally like someone with a similar schedule.
