I'm moving on to a new place, so my lovely room in our friendly four-person flat in Bermondsey is becoming available!

I've really enjoyed living here with the three guys. The flat has a great balance of being sociable while also having your own space.

🛏️ The Room
The room is so spacious for the rent, with plenty of room to relax and work from home.

It comes furnished with:

- Double bed and mattress
- Double wardrobe and under-bed storage
- Desk and chair
- Large window overlooking the courtyard
- Your own bathroom just across the corridor, with a shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet

The Internet is really speedy, so it's a great setup if you work from home.

🏡 The Flat
It's a ground-floor flat tucked away at the back of a quiet residential block, away from the main road, with peaceful neighbours.

The kitchen and living area is a great communal space, with a massive TV, sofa bed and everything you'd need in the kitchen, including a fridge, freezer and air fryer. We share all the kitchen utensils, plates, pans etc., so you're very welcome to do the same.

One of the best features is the private patio, accessed through double French doors. It's brilliant in the summer for BBQs, having friends over or reading/working outside, especially in summer.

There's central heating throughout, and we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks, included in the bills.

The landlord is also really responsive and quick to sort out any issues, which has been a big plus.

👋 The Flatmates
You'll be living with three great guys:

Alex - From York, into climbing, cooking and running.

Euan – From Scotland, works as a civil servant, enjoys politics, reading and runs a very speedy Parkrun!

Sam – From Australia, a very talented chef and a proud Aussie.

It's a friendly, sociable flat. Everyone's always up for watching something on TV, chatting in the kitchen or hanging out together, but equally everyone respects each other's space and downtime.

It's definitely not a party flat, but a nice, relaxed place to come home to. Everyone does a mixture of working from home and going into the office.

I've genuinely loved living with these guys and will be sad to leave!

We're in a quiet spot in Bermondsey, with really handy transport links:

- Around a 15-minute walk to Bermondsey
- Surrey Quays station nearby
- South Bermondsey station a short walk away for National Rail services
- Southwark Park nearby for some green space.
- Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Express and Iceland all within a short walk
- Larger Tesco and ASDA superstores on Old Kent Road
- A newly opened PureGym just down the road

It's a great location for getting around London while still being tucked away somewhere peaceful. The Jubilee line is really handy to have.

- Bills: Approximately £120-130 per month, arranged by the flat (including a once-fortnightly cleaner for the shared areas).

- Tenancy: You'll be taking over my place on the existing shared tenancy and will be named on the agreement
