• Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-storey flat with lots of natural light (huge kitchen skylight!)
• Shared bathroom upstairs (shower/bath & toilet) plus downstairs toilet
• Fully fitted and equipped kitchen (Smeg appliances, Hexaclad pans, pots, Nutribullet - nothing extra needed)
• Washing machine, fridge/freezer, double glazing, electric heaters
• Bike racks and secure gated access, friendly neighbours and community vibe
The Room:
• Fully furnished double room with a freestanding wardrobe, king size mattress and bed frame
• Large windows with plenty of natural light
Rent & Bills:
• £1700pcm for a single, £1850pcm for a couple
• All bills included (electricity, water, internet, council tax, TV license, fortnightly cleaner, Who Gives A Crap subscription, Hello Klean shower purifying system, and Koh eco cleaning products)
