I'm Dannii and I'm offering a double room in my spacious 2 bed, 2 storey flat in the heart of Bethnal Green.

I’m a young at heart female in my late thirties working as an Executive Assistant full time. I am in the office Tues/Wed/Thurs and work from home at the dining table on Mon/Fri. In addition to this, I volunteer with a charity which means working from home on a Tues/Wed evening and Sat morning. This is only short term for the remainder of the year.

I’ve fully furnished the flat myself. It has a bathroom upstairs equipped with a shower/bath and toilet as well as another downstairs toilet, modern kitchen including electric touch sensitive hotplates, washing machine and fridge/freezer. My fav feature is the huge skylight that spans the length of the kitchen and opens the room up to natural light all day. The flat has double glazing, electric heaters, bike racks and access is via a secure gate to the mews. The neighbours are all very friendly and we have a group chat. It’s like our own little community within. I don't think the pictures do the place justice and most people compliment it's homey feel and lovely open space once they visit in real life.

The bedroom available is furnished with a double freestanding wardrobe with mirrored door and a double bed frame with mattress. The double windows and natural light really make this room an enjoyable space.

Rent and bills come to a total of £1600/month and are inclusive of the below:

- Monthly rent
- All bills (electricity, water, internet, council tax, TV license)
- Who Gives A Crap subscription (toilet paper, tissues, paper towel and dish cloths)
- Hello Klean purifying shower head & quarterly refills
- Koh universal cleaning product (floors & most surfaces excluding bathrooms)
- Fortnightly cleaner

The room is available from Saturday 23 November and there if some flexibility for this to be earlier if needed.

I'm pretty chilled and easy to get along with. I'm down to chat and hang out but equally enjoy my own space and quiet time. I'm quite social so love to be out and about, however I also love a bit of reality TV and couch time. I'm generally a pretty active person and love walks, swimming, yoga, pilates, gymnastics and sauna/cold plunge. I love to cook, entertain and have friends over for dinner or a bbq and on the odd occasion back after a night out. Overall, my home is my sanctuary and it’s generally pretty calm, clean and tidy.

I'm trustworthy, respectful, clean, tidy, considerate and am happy to chip in without being asked so would like to find someone who is like minded.

The flat has great transport links with loads of buses on our doorstep as well as the underground and overground from Bethnal Green or Shoreditch High Street getting you quickly and easily into Central London and London Bridge. There are lots of bars, restaurants and events locally, so there is always something to do.

We are just off Columbia Road, a 15mins walk from Broadway Market and London Fields, 20mins from Victoria Park and Brick Lane is just a short 5mins walk away. I’ve lived in this area for over 4 years now and absolutely love it!
