Lovely double bedroom with own bathroom

Hi Guys,

My name is Wendy and I am current tenant in 2bedroom flat. My flatmate is moving out due to job offer and I am looking for a new flatmate. The flat is in a lovely development close to shops, park, coffee shops, gym etc…. The double room has own bathroom and the flat has a large living area with balcony. The monthly rent will be 1150£ with all bills included. The room is available from 5th july onwards.

Little bit about me:

You will be sharing with me. I am originally from czech republic. I am a professional and I work full time. . I am pretty chilled, like to go to the gym, see friends, go for drinks etc.
I like to keep the flat clean and tidy.

The area is lovely, close to shops, park and canal at the door. The development is gated so is very secure.
Bethnal green and Mile end station is within 10min walk.

I dont rent the flat throught the agency. We have a lovely landlady who any problem with flat will respond right away. So she will be doing your check up and contract.
She would prefer somebody who doesnt always work from home.

No smokers, no students
and no pets allowed.
