This is a 3 bed flat and you will be sharing with a 56 year old Bengali lady. Everything will be shared.

Looking for a preferably female Muslim to share the household with, preferably someone who is a professional so will be out of the house most of the time I. e full time worker.

Preferably looking for Muslim due to the religious requirements in the house I. e no alcohol no pork etc. You will be required to clean up after yourself, once a week throw the bin out, have your own toiletries I. e liquid, toilet tissue etc. Bengali lady spend a lot of time at daughters house so to be honest 70% of the time you’ll have the house to yourself. She just wants someone who will clean up after themselves, if you’re using the living room and other shared areas maybe mop and hoover once every week or every other week.

All bills and broadband included in the rent, one month security deposit will be required.

Please note a strict requirement is that the flat will only be used by the tenant, no family, no guests will be authorised to come into the property without prior permission. This is solely due to the comfort of all in the house.
