Double Room with ensuite - Short-term (6 months)

Hi, we have a spare room in our flat in Bethnal Green for 6 months from the 1st August 2026 to 31 January 2027 due to our flatmate being out of the country temporarily.

Ideally we are looking for someone to stay for the full 6 months but would also consider shorter stays of minimum 1 month.

It is a furnished double room, with a really nice ensuite and a balcony. The room comes with a desk, chair, bed-side table and chest of drawers. You will also have access to another wardrobe in the hallway outside your room.

It is a beautiful flat with a big open kitchen / living room. There is also space to keep bikes inside in the entrance to the flat.

You will be sharing the flat with me (Tom) and Biagio. I work in finance and work mostly in the office but also from home sometimes. Biagio is an architect who splits his time between office and home.

We're both pretty clean and like to keep a tidy place. We pay for a fortnightly cleaner for the common areas and bathrooms.

Rent and bills will be £1,300 in total, which includes gas & electricity, internet, water, council tax and fortnightly cleaner.
