We are an easy-going share house, looking for two flatmates who want to stay and make a home. Our home has a toilet separate from the bathroom which is very useful, a cleaning roster in place for weeks when the cleaner is not visiting, a dishwasher to add to the comfort of life and a cleaner twice a month.

We are Andreas 44, a Compliance manager at a transport cycle company and Abe 30 a dentist. We are all pretty busy but also enjoy talking about life and what is happening around the area.

Your double bedroom is carpeted and has been cleaned recently and includes a built-in wardrobe with storage to the ceiling, a bookshelf, a bedside table with a lamp and a large chest of drawers.

NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is C and the cost is included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not included and have been approximately £30 per month. The cleaner cleans the common areas twice a month to further create comfort and costs £25 each. General household cleaning and consumables come to £15 each per month.
