Cozy Room Available in Bethnal Green October 2026

Hii everyone, I'm sadly leaving my little cozy room in Bethnal Green/Shoreditch and I'm looking for someone to replace me.

The official tenancy begins on the 20th of October, but I'm checking with the agency whether the incoming tenant can move in earlier once referencing is completed, as I'll be leaving at the beginning of October. Reference checks are done by the agency and are quite chill (if you're a student though they might get slightly more complex).

The flat is honestly located in an amazing location between Bethnal Green and Shoreditch:
- around 5 minutes walk from Brick Lane
- 5 minutes walk from Columbia Road Market
- less than 10 minutes walk from Shoreditch tube station
- 12 minutes walk from Bethnal Green tube station.

The room is quite small, but it fits everything you need (aside from a desk, but you're free to work from the living room). All the furniture will remain once I move out. The main thing I like about the room is that it has two windows and it's filled with looots of natural light.

You'll be living with two male flatmates: one is from Spain (25) and works as a civil servant, and the other one is half German half Italian (26) and works as an international development consultant. We are used to do stuff together outside the flat, like grabbing a pint, going for a meditation night or second-hand shopping. However, everybody has busy schedules, so it's a good mix between me-time and social time.

About rent and bills:
- rent is £910 to be paid on the 20th of each month
- water is around £20/month
- for electricity, we have a top-up system and we take turns in recharging the key, but it's around £25/month
- wifi is £9/month
- no gas, no council tax.
So the total is around £960-970/month (might go slightly up during the winter and lower in the summer).

It would be great if you could text me with some info about yourself, your ideal move-in date and any questions you might have. Please be a little patient with my replying time as I have to coordinate with the other flatmates and one of them is travelling for work atm. I promise I'll get back to you, as we're planning to have viewings asap.
