Hello folks, we have a double room in a lovely area in bethnal green to let somewhere from November (TBC).

We are a couple currently in the flat, looking for someone to share the space with us. We have put in considerably effort to make the flat into a comfy place, so would like equally minded people to live as friend instead of just flatmate!

The room comes with walk-in wardrobe, spacious and west facing with lots of natural light. The room only comes with bedframe but current flatmate is open to negotiation.

The flat is very well connected to:

* Elizabeth,
* Overground,
* DLR
* D3/388/8 buses lines at doorstep
* Santander bikes

Lots of amenities around includes:
* Park crossing the street
* Climbing gym (8 minutes) and regular gyms
* Brick lane, Shoreditch, Columbia Road Market and Broadway Market
* Big Tesco just minutes away, with small one even closer,
* Huge Sainsbury bit further at 10 minutes,
* Many nice cafes, bazaar around.
* 2 GP/royal hospital nearby

* Small balcony for plants,
* 2 cats (one autistic and one just plain mentally challenged 🫪)

A bit about ourselves, I (28M) currently works as pricing analyst and fully work from home. My partner (30F) works in clothes alteration and tailoring. Our interested includes climbing, film (only rocky horror show), film photography, collecting vinyl (we should stop), clothes and plants, cook and books.
