In my opinion, the location is amazing:
-5 min walk from the Bethnal Green Central Line station.
-1 block from Bethnal Green Road and very well connected to lots of shops and great pubs, but still super quiet.
-Walking distance to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, London Fields, Brick Lane, and Hackney.
The flat itself is not big, but we have a lovely living room/dining room space, and a balcony overlooking a beautiful council allotment garden.
The other housemates work in film and theater outside of the home, and we are all good friends with each other and regularly chat in the evenings.
