Two rooms available in Bethnal Green (E2) from 25

We're two flatmates, a couple around 30, looking for two people (or a couple) to join us in our flat at Verdigris Apartments on Old Bethnal Green Road. Two of our current flatmates are moving out at Christmas.

The flat
Split over two floors. Downstairs there's a living/dining room with a balcony, and a separate kitchen with oven, induction hob, air fryer and Instant Pot. Three bathrooms in total: one with a bath, two with walk-in showers. Wood floors, washing machine, skylight over the stairs, and access to a shared roof garden.

Location
A few minutes' walk from Bethnal Green (Central line) and Cambridge Heath (Overground). Columbia Road, Broadway Market, Victoria Park and Shoreditch are all walkable.

Cost
£1,200 for bigger room and £1,150 for the single room per month. Total rent is £3,800 split between us. Utilities and council tax on top. No smoking in the flat, no pets.

Who we're looking for
Working professionals in their late twenties or thirties. We'd like flatmates who are clean and tidy by default, so nobody has to chase anyone about the kitchen or the bathrooms.

We're hoping for a sociable household where people can become friends but are equally happy doing their own thing. Think dinners, game nights and the occasional film, rather than parties or late nights with lots of people over. Keeping the flat calm is important to us.
