Looking for someone to take over my lease for my room as I am moving out to go travelling. I will be very sad to leave this place after over a year here.

It’s a lovely atmosphere in the flat, we have our own lives but like chilling together too to watch tv or go pub or a walk/run in Victoria Park. Mix of wfh/office.

Big Sainsbury’s, Victoria park, Broadway market also all 10-15 mins walk
