Hi, I am looking to share my beautiful, modern, and well-maintained flat, located just a 5-minute walk from Bethnal Green Station.

The flat is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and is a short walk from places like Victoria Park, Brick Lane, Columbia Road, and Shoreditch.

The bedroom is spacious, bright, and airy, and it has been recently refurbished. The room comes with a bed, mattress, duvet and pillows, a double wardrobe, a desk and chair, a lamp, a double sofa, a chest of drawers, a TV, and a TV stand. The flat also has high-speed fiber-optic broadband.

Please note that the projector in the room will be replaced with a TV and TV stand. Also, I have moved out so you will be staying with my lodger

All bills are included.

The room is available only for a single person—no couples.

One month's rent is required in advance, along with a £600 deposit. The minimum term is 6 months.

The room will be available on 10th September.

I would prefer someone who works in an office or attends university during the weekdays.

I am looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and not a party animal.
