Easy going, friendly professionals, looking for a new housemate to join us in our home. We're a relaxed and respectful house share that help each other out and enjoy spending some time together but also do our own things.
We're looking for a single professional female to take the room which is furnished with bed frame, mattress and wardrobe. Happy to discuss if furniture is not needed.
We love to call this place home and hope to find a like minded new housemate.
The house has a spacious living room, large kitchen/dinning area and separate bathroom/toilet. It also has a good sized garden.
The monthly rent is great value at just £700pcm including all bills. Though in the winter this can increase with higher heating costs.
Transport:
Westcombe Park Station - 7-12 mins walk. Trains will take you into London Bridge, Waterloo and Canon Street.
North Greenwich Tube - 15-25 min bus journey.
Blackheath Station - 20 min walk or 5-7 min bus journey. Trains will take you into Waterloo, Victoria and London Bridge.
Local bus stops - 3-5 min walk and will take you to Blackheath, Greenwich, O2 arena, Lewisham, Woolwich and Stratford International (Westfield Shopping centre).
Local amenities:
The house is located within walking distance of Greenwich Park and then on to Greenwich Village/Cutty Sark. It is also a short walk to Blackheath common and the village. There is an M&S located 5 mins walk from the house.
