Our current flatmate is moving out so we have a double bedroom available in our lovely flat from the 12 September.
The flat is located on a quiet road close to a parade of shops, great transport links, and about a 5-minute walk from Greenwich Park.
Female only flat.

The Flat:
It has a spacious living/dining room and a big communal garden. Rent works out at £667 pcm and bills are an around £130, totalling a rounded up £797.
Bills include TV license, electricity, internet, water, council tax, a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas, and a subscription to toilet paper delivery: Who Gives a Crap.
There is a large entry way which has a washing machine and second fridge (the drinks fridge) and an area where we hang our washing. There is a coin-operated dryer on the next level of the building that we use for bedsheets etc. The landlord is very chill, owns the whole building and is quick to fix any issues we have.
The Room:
The room is at the rear of the flat and looks out onto the communal garden. It comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, closet, and free-standing shelves. (The furniture has changed and been arranged differently to the photo).
The Housemates:
You'll be living with two professional women( English and Australian) age 30 and 36 so we are looking for a professional individual around the same age. I am a teacher and work part time, and Georgia is a Civil Servant who splits her time between wfh and the office.
You will also be sharing the flat with a 16 year old cat, named Onyx.
We like to spend time together watching Great British Bake Off and watching movies, but equally we like to have our own space especially during the working week.
There’s a group of women in the neighbouring flats and we like to sit in the garden and have drinks and the occasional BBQ.
About you:
Ideally a 30+ professional woman who would like to make this flat a home.
Someone who is clean and tidy, and sociable but who respects having some quiet time.
Non-smoker.
