Shared spaces: Hall leading to your mainly private toilet (used very occasionally by the landlord) and utility/laundry room. Boiler/wifi shared with floors above. Access for professional cleaning and maintenance will be required.

Landlords:
Your landlord stays in his top floor self-contained area but often goes travelling. At other times this floor is occupied by various guests. They should not disturb you except to go up the stairs.

Transport:
You have good transport links (10 mins walk to both Maze Hill and Westcombe Park over-ground trains. North Greenwich Jubilee Line Tube a few bus stops away). Greenwich to Westminster ferry boats. Blackheath train 15-20mins walk over heath. Regular buses too.

Parking (if required) is extra.

Bills include a cleaner every 2 weeks but you will be expected to clean the property each week in-between.

AMAZING!! Royal Greenwich Park and beautiful Blackheath heath are only 5 mins walk away. Great for picnics/exercise. Nice neighbours. Quiet, safe, neighbourhood. Just a few mins walk away from bustling Blackheath and Greenwich Village/Uni with wonderful cafes/bars/pubs/shops. A great place to meet friends and go on dates. Top grade location. The O2 and Canary Wharf are near. A very sociable and attractive place to live.
