A lovely split level flat with 3 bedrooms. There is a separate kitchen and a spacious living room. There is a bathroom/toilet upstairs with a big bath and natural light while there is also a separate downstairs toilet as well. The flat is warm and full of light, especially the living room which catches the sun. The area is called the Royal Standard with shops just moments away. Transport includes lots of buses as well as Westcombe Park train station on the Greenwich line and Blackheath on the Lewisham line. Stations within 15 mins walk or a few bus stops if you are cold or tired. London Bridge, Waterloo, Cannon Street as well as stops on the Thameslink service all have direct train services. North Greenwich tube is a 15/20 mins bus journey away. In terms of green spaces the Heath is about 5/7mins walk and Greenwich park is about 10/15 mins walk. There are lots of shops on the doorstep, M&S food store, hairdressers, cafes, a nice pub and some good charity shops too. There is a bakery, chemist, florist, library and a butchers too. There is a lot of storage space with built in cupboards for clothes within the double rooms and the same cupboard in the hall outside the smaller room. There's a dishwasher and washing machine.
