SHORT TERM: Large double room in house in SE

Hello :) I have a double room available in my lovely home in Blackheath / Eltham available from 9th February for up to 6 months (can be longer if it's a good fit). Also open to shorter term (minimum 4 months).

Firstly, you MUST LOVE CATS! I have a cat who is basically my child so only cat lovers please as this is her house and I just pay the rent! :)

The house is split level, has 2 bedrooms, joint living room / dining area, bathroom, kitchen and garden. There's plenty of storage space as well which is always a bonus!

It's in a fairly residential area, so it's nice and quiet, but still pretty close to everything you need. It's a 12 minute bus to Woolwich (Elizabeth Line, DLR & trains), 15 min walk to Eltham station (trains to London Bridge and Victoria in 20-30 mins), 15 min bus journey to North Greenwich (Jubilee line), and there's loads of busses in the area to Blackheath, Eltham, Lewisham, Greenwich, Woolwich etc.

There's also an Ikea 10 mins away, The O2 is nearby and Blackheath, Eltham, Kidbrooke & Greenwich have loads of restaurants, bars and everything you'd need.

You'd be living here with myself and my little cat Albie.

About myself - I'm self employed, working in digital marketing in the music industry and entertainment space! I love travelling and my life goal is to travel as much of the world as possible. Also love good food, exploring cute bars and restaurants and can give lots of recommendations on this front.

Not a party house, looking for someone who can be sociable but also likes their own space too :)
