Large room in ground floor flat on leafy road

Hi!

My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone who wants to occupy this large bedroom on a leafy road a stones throw from Greenwich Park.

The flat is situated on the lower ground floor and has its own private entrance. The bedroom looks out onto the huge garden, which is shared with the other three flats in the building but ours is the only one with direct access. The bedroom also has its own sink. The room is optionally part furninshed with a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bed-side table. If you'd rather bring your own then I can remove these.

There are two communal living areas; the main living room, which in addition to the sofas, TV, and PS5, also includes a padded table for playing my many board games on :) and a bright 'coffee area' (I don't have a better name for it) that leads onto the garden.

The kitchen is spacious and includes a dishwasher. There is off street parking for 5 cars on a first come first served basis, but if you don't have room to park on the driveway then parking on the street is free.

As for me, I'm 33, I work in IT for Sony Pictures, I play games, I like the pub (there's a new microbrewery opening round the corner soon) and I'm occasionally at an improv comedy club where I run the tech desk. I also stream on Twitch a fair bit. I love having friends over to play board games or to just sit in the garden with a beer.
