This spacious room gets all the best light and over looks the large and well maintained communal garden.



Fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, double bed with a memory foam mattress, large desk and a tv will be added to the stand.



We are a couple who both work from home looking for a - single occupant - to make use of the spare room we have.



Our ideal candidate (but not exclusively)
Would be a professional female who works from an office. We are also open to non-fri renting for a discount rate.



- 12 minute walk across the leafy tree lined private estate takes you to Blackheath station where trains to london bridge are 13 minute journey.


All bills included plus a cleaner for communal areas



Local amenities include Gail’s bakery, 15 grams coffee shop, Family run butchers, fish mongers and fruit and veg shop. We also have a Sainsburys, lidl and m&s around 20 minute walk away. There is also Pure Gym and and David Lloyd near by.
