Blackheath! Garden flat share. NO WEEKENDS!

4 night stay - Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs. absolutely no weekend stays.
Single room in a Blackheath, garden flat, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Gorgeous, Green area.

I'm looking for a friendly professional female for Mon - Friday only. You would work away from the flat as I work from home in the day. A rare, emergency work from home day is fine but you would work in your room as I use the lounge. Evenings are relaxed and you are welcome to relax in the lounge or lovely private garden.
I'm a friendly and sociable person who loves to cook - happy to share the odd home cooked meal.
The flat is well kitted so just your suitcase for the week is all that's needed. I cannot take in personal positions so this is suited to a professional just stopping for the week to work.
I can provide some extra clothing hanging space to what the bedroom provides (bed and drawers x2). The tall drawers can be removed and a folding desk and a chair provided instead.

I'm a considerate and tidy person and need the same in another.
I socialise out of the flat and like the flat to be private to us. No visitors.

While the single is a small room, the lounge is big and the decor is cosy and stylish.
We have a sofa each!

Bus stop 1 min walk takes you to North Greenwich tube station. Great for connections to Canary Wharf. Westcombe Park rail station is a 10 minute walk away - 15 mins to London Bridge, Deptford 8 mins, Farringdon 26 mins. Cannon st, Kings Cross - all direct. Lewisham for rail and DLR is a 10 min bus ride away.

2 good and very different pubs are a 30 second walk away (no noise from these).
M&S food hall opposite, 6 different cafes, Post office, library, doctor, dentist and late closing convenience shop are all within 2 mins walk!
