Sunny single room in a Blackheath, garden flat, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Gorgeous, Green area.

I'm looking for a friendly, working professional or tidy calm student.
Absolutely no smoking/vaping in flat. 3 month trial to start.
Looking for a friendly person that shares the odd chat.
I design and make womenswear. and work from home in the lounge.

Evenings are relaxed and you are welcome to relax in the lounge or lovely private garden. There will also be days when I’m out and can discuss flexibility with you.
The flat is well stocked, so I cannot accept extra furniture and decor in shared areas. Kitchen can take no more appliances or crockery.
I can provide some extra clothes hanging space to what the bedroom provides (bed has 3 large storage drawers and chest of drawers x2)
I'm a considerate, friendly, social and tidy person and need the same in another.
We would share the random cleaning of the flat.
Toilet is separate and close to the bedrooms. Clean and newly decorated.
I socialise out of the flat and like the flat to be private to us.
While the single is a small room, the lounge is big and the decor is cosy and stylish.

Bus stop is outside the flat - multiple busses take you to North Greenwich tube station. Great for connections to central London; Canary Wharf & O2. Westcombe Park rail station is a 10 minute walk away - 15 mins to London Bridge, Deptford 8 mins, Farringdon 26 mins. Cannon st, Kings Cross - all direct. Lewisham for rail and DLR is a 15 min bus ride away. Greenwich Uni is a 20 minute park walk to Navel college area.

2 good and very different pubs are a 30 second walk away (no noise from these).
M&S food hall opposite, 6 different cafes, Post office, library, doctor, dentist and late closing convenience shop are all within 2 mins walk!
