Central Blackheath Garden flat Share with just me.

I'm looking for a person who works/studies away from the flat in the week 9-5pm as I work in the lounge alone
Must be English speaking, friendly, tidy, and understanding of a shared space.

Sunny single room in a Blackheath, garden flat, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Gorgeous, Green area.

Absolutely no smoking/vaping in flat. 3 month trial to start.

Evenings are relaxed and you are welcome to relax in the lounge or lovely private garden. There will also be days when I’m out and can discuss flexibility with you.

The flat is well stocked, so I cannot accept extra furniture and decor in shared areas. Kitchen can take no more appliances or crockery.
I can provide some extra clothes hanging space to what the bedroom provides.

I'm a considerate, friendly, social and a tidy person and would like the same in another. I need somebody that also cares for the flat as if it were their own.
We would share the random cleaning of the flat.
Toilet is separate and close to the bedrooms. Clean and newly decorated.
I socialise out of the flat and like the flat to be private to us.
While the single is a small room, the lounge is big and the decor is cosy and stylish.

*Bus stop is outside the flat - multiple buses take you to North Greenwich tube station. Great for connections to central London; Canary Wharf & O2.
*Westcombe Park rail station is a 10 minute walk away - 15 mins to London Bridge, Deptford 8 mins, Farringdon 26 mins. Cannon St, Kings Cross - all direct. Lewisham for rail and DLR is a 15 min bus ride away.
*Blackheath station 20 minute walk - trains to Victoria and other stops
*Greenwich Uni is a 20 minute park walk to Naval college area.

2 good and very different pubs are a 30 second walk away (no noise from these).
M&S food hall opposite, 6 different cafes, Post office, library, doctor, dentist and late closing convenience shop are all within 2 mins walk!
*Parking 5 min walk. Quick stop OK next to flat.
