Spacious double room & a small room

Looking for a lodger or a couple for a very spacious 1 double room and 1 small room (which is currently being used as an office) on a lovely road that’s 10 mins’ walk from Maze Hill Station, circa 8 mins’ walk from Westcombe Park Station, and circa 10 mins’ walk from Greenwich Park.

• 1 double room would be £1,000.
• A small room would be £400.

The flat has a large living room – which includes a large dining room table – overlooking green spaces. On the first floor – there is a separate kitchen, lots of storage, a toilet, and a balcony. On the second floor – there is a shared bathroom, lots of storage, and 3 bedrooms.

I am currently living here with my younger brother (who is 26). We keep the flat tidy and clean, and it is a home. We are “chilled”, and we like sports, telly, politics, exploring London, pubs, travelling, et al. (In short, a broad range of hobbies).

We both work in the city with “9-to-5 jobs”, and we are both working in the office most days.

I am moving out so the 2 bedrooms will become available early December.

The area is amazing. It is conveniently located near Blackheath Village, Greenwich Market, and North Greenwich.

Bills are excluded from the rent. Bills should be circa £100 per person.

Rooms will be unfurnished. But communal areas will be furnished.
