We are looking for a flatmate for our spare double room. The flat has a large living room 🛋️, separate kitchen 🍳, a bathroom 🛁 and private garden with furniture and gas bbq 🌳(with direct access from the living room).

Location📍
The flat is a 9 minute walk to Blackheath station, which takes to London Bridge in 12 minutes, also direct to Victoria 🚂 The 108 / 335 buses take you to North Greenwich station (jubilee line) in 15 minutes (bus stop right outside the flat) 🚌

Price 💰
The room is £850 + £200 for bills pcm (council tax, wifi, gas, electricity, tv licence, cleaner and gardener).

Unfortunately there is no car parking space available.

We are due to start some upgrade works to the flat, creating a fantastic open plan kitchen living space. We are hoping this will start towards the end of this year / early 2025 which would mean that there may be some temporary disruption (mainly dust and noise) for 4-6 weeks, however the kitchen will still be usable. While the works are ongoing we would reduce the rent by c.50% during this period.

The room is furnished with a king size ottoman bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and a small built in cupboard 🛏️👚👖

About us 👫
We are a young(ish) couple, both working in London. Paul owns his own business and Izzi works as a management consultant. We both work from home a couple of days per week. We enjoy all the usual things like socialising, eating, drinking, watching films / series and exercising. We occasionally look after a family dog, so our new flatmate must be a 🐶 person.
