Two fully furnished, large double bedrooms available in our beautiful top floor flat in Blackheath for short term rental as it is currently on the market. Ideally looking for someone for 1-4 months, but could potentially be longer.


My family and I live and work away. Myself or my wife make occasional use of the flat when need to travel to London, so you would have the flat to yourself most of the time. We have our own room which will be locked when we are away.

The flat has 3 double bedrooms and a study. We will make use of bedroom 3.

Tenants will have full use of the rest of the flat, large living room, large and modern kitchen and a study which is handy when needing to work from home. Family bathroom and separate WC. The flat will be furnished similarly to the pictures, own bedding to be provided.

As the flat would be on the market there will be occasional viewings, probably 1 or 2 every 2 weeks.

Perfectly located near the A2, 10-15 min walk into Blackheath and the village and less than 10min to Greenwich Park. There is a bus stop right in front of the house which takes you to Blackheath village in less than 5min and Greenwich in 10min.

Communal Garden available, as well as gated parking for 1 car and for a 2nd car at an additional cost. Free on street parking also available.

Water, Wi-Fi, Council Tax included.
Gas and Electricity not included. We will contribute to these pro rata (depending on how many time we use the flat and will agree the rate with tenants), but overall costs to be covered with the monthly rental payment.

We are looking for reliable professionals to live in our home who will look after and care for the flat as if it is their own. As mentioned above, we will rarely visit the flat and will communicate well in advance if we plan to do so.
