We're 3 girls looking for a 4th housemate to stay until September. We're uni students studying arts and media - love to cook together, socialize but we also enjoy our quiet time. Sometimes, we have guests come over and it's important to us that our housemates are alright with this as we want to respect each other's peace. We also value on cleanliness and tidyness all around the house. We are looking for someone to be part of the house as not just a tenant but someone whom we can be friends with as well.

The area is family residential, near a primary school and a church. It's safe and generally peaceful. We live close to blackheath green and greenwich park - perfect to unwind and chill.

This is a sublet room that is newly painted and refurbished, single bed. It is the smallest bedroom compared to the other 3, located on the second floor. You're free to make it as cozy as you'd like.
