I am a laid-back but sociable professional in my early thirties, looking for a like-minded individual to share a lovely flat with me in Blackheath Village. My current flatmate is moving out to buy her own place so there’s a space available from June.

Blackheath is a great place to live, with a friendly ‘village’ feel to the neighbourhood and the heath just a 5-10 minute walk away, en route to Greenwich Park. The flat itself is a short walk from Blackheath train station, which is well-connected with regular trains to Victoria, Cannon Street, London Bridge and Charing Cross. It’s also just a short bus ride to North Greenwich for the Tube as well as to the DLR at Lewisham. If you would like to explore the trendier parts of South London further, it is also very well connected to New Cross, Deptford, and Peckham!

My out-going flatmate has particularly appreciated the two-room set-up as it provides extra storage space as well as the chance to balance work with relaxation. We share the spacious living room and associated balcony, along with the kitchen and bathroom. Free parking is available at the back of the flat if needed. The flat is fully furnished, although a lot of the paraphernalia in the photos belongs to my flatmate, so it would be even more spacious when you move in!

I’m very easy-going and sociable, but also respect other peoples' privacy and personal space! I have a really good landlady who is very quick to respond to any issues that may arise.
