Double room in maisonette near Blackheath station

Double room in a 2 bed maisonette flat on the Pond Road Estate. It is a minutes walk to the heath itself and 5 to the lovely village which is home to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops.

It is a 10 minute walk to Blackheath station which has good links to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Victoria or Cannon Street.

I am looking for someone who ideally only wants the room during the week, although weekends could be negotiated.

Council tax and bills are included. There is on street parking, but this comes with a permit which is not included.

I am a young professional, who likes to cook, go to the gym and occasionally have a night out listening to melodic house or drum and bass. My boyfriend often stays the night, but we stay at his too.

The living room is shared, but I would be happy to get at TV for the spare room if this is appropriate for you.
