Spacious flat near Greenwich park!

Hi everyone!

One room is becoming available is our lovely flat.

[The Room] 850 bills included, **biggest room** in the flat, two wardrobes, one desk with screen, and it has a sink. The current flatmate is taking away his double bed but we can provide a single bed or you can bring yours.

You will be sharing with 2 other girls. The first one is from Mexico, she works in events and galleries. The second one is from Switzerland and works in the art industry as an actor.

It is a two-storey flat and is located in Blackheath Royal Standard, it is very very spacious, refurbished, clean, has tall ceilings and is lovely to live in. We share the toilet but as mentioned every room has a sink!

All the bills are included in the price (gas, internet, council, electricity, water). We are looking for someone chilled, easy going and friendly.

We are the kind of people that like to have people over to dinner sometimes and every now and then have food and drinks together. We don´t smoke tobacco so we would prefer no tobacco in the house.

The area is super nice, we have an off licence just below the flat and many stores such as Primark, big groceries 20 min walking [Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburys], gym, etc. Greenwich Park is also very close!!

We are looking for someone that could stay at least until December, with possibility of extension but we can discuss this.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples or pets.
