Description
MOVE IN DATE FLEXIBLE
One of my flatmates is moving out with her partner from our three-bed flat so looking for a replacement.
Location
The flat is around a 12 min walk from Blackheath and Lee stations, which have frequent direct trains to London Bridge (only takes 12 mins!), Cannon Street, Victoria & Charing Cross.
There is a big Sainsburys right across the road from the flat.
Blackheath is a lovely area of SE London with a village feel, south of Greenwich and next to Lewisham (useful for DLR)
About the flat
The flat has 3 bedrooms (one with en suite), one main bathroom which you’ll be sharing with one other person, and a big bright kitchen/living room area.
There is a wrap-around balcony around the whole flat (i. e. each room has a door out to the balcony) which is fab for summer and gives it a really bright and airy feel.
About the room
The room is fairly small but comes with a double bed, bedside table, and fitted wardrobes alongside one of the walls (loads of storage) There is space at the end of the bed for a piece of furniture, I. e. small desk, chest of drawers or bookcase.
Your flatmates
You’ll be living with me (23) who works as a Civil Servant and Kerrianne (32) who works as a PA. We both work a mix of in the office and wfh. We have our own thing going in London, but we love to go out for the odd dinner with our current flatmate/have long chats in the kitchen!
About you
-Looking for a young female professional who works hybrid/in the office but not fully wfh
-We like keeping the flat really clean and tidy so looking for someone who would be the same
-We’d like someone who has their own thing going on but also wants to be friends and have the odd dinner etc together!
-Sorry no couples, students, pets or smokers ❌
Finances
-Rent is £800 per month, paid on the 1st of each month.
-Bills (wifi, water, electricity, council tax) are usually <£100 per month
-Deposit of £742 and reference checks will be required
-The flatmate who is leaving is taking quite a few household/kitchen appliances with her as she bought them, so whoever joins us should be willing to split buying new ones with us :)
