We're looking for a friendly, sporty and considerate person to move into the flat on Sunday 18th August.

The flat is located less than 5 minutes walk to Blackheath Station (with South-Eastern lines to London Bridge and Victoria). Its 10 minutes walk from Lewisham Town centre and 15 minute walk to Greenwich park.

It’s a three-bedroom flat, meaning you’ll be sharing with two sporty lads both aged 30 (P. E teacher and Sports Physio). If you're into your football/sports, this would be an big plus!

The flat has a living room with TV (and small balcony), a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom.

The living room offers a good space for unwinding, while the kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need for cooking. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer space on the flat. There's also space for storing a bicycle in the flat if needed.

The bedroom is cozy and keeps heat well in the winter. The bedroom has a double bed and built-in storage cupboard + shelves. The bathroom is conveniently next to the room, and has recently been updated by the landlord.

No deposit needed, £510 per month rent due on the 18th of each month. Bills are paid separately and average around £100 per month, usually less in the Summer months. No short-term lets please!
