Hello! I'm moving out of my lovely houseshare in Blackheath to move in with family and looking for someone to fill the rest of my tenancy (from 1st Oct till 31st July 2025).
The house is across two floors with a shared kitchen, living room, spare single bedroom, 1 bedroom and shared bathroom with separate toilet on the lower floor. Then 3 bedrooms (including the one advertised) and an attic storage space on the top floor. I've included photos of the room arranged two different ways so you can get a fee for the space a little better. (Please note, the room comes unfurnished).
The large rooms and high ceilings make the flat feel very spacious, and we also have a lovely private garden perfect for summer BBQs!
Location: The flat is ideal for commuting, close to Blackheath, Westcombe Park and Kidbrooke train stations which all serve Central London. There is a bus stop 100m from the front door with regular services to the nearby train stations and to North Greenwich (jubilee line). The heath, and Greenwich Park are nearby so lots of green space :)
The housemates: three young female professionals working in TV production, hospitality and healthcare. We like hanging in the common space and prefer a friendly and relaxed environment in the house.
Bills are not included in rent and come to roughly £100 a month, including council tax (band E)
Information that the landlord requires:
1. Full time employment
2. Provide an employer reference
3. Landlord reference from previous tenancy or guarantor
4. Be able to provide confirmation of a ‘permanent’ residential address where you are registered.
