Gorgeous double room in lovely flat

Hi,

I have a fantastic, spacious double room in a beautiful flat in a charming Georgian house in Blackheath. The flat has recently been renovated and has direct access to a lovely garden that gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

The room has fast WiFi, a double bed, a clothing rack, chest of drawers, and a comfy lounge chair. There’s still plenty of space for a desk.

It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from the flat, and you’ll find yourself on the heath, Mark’s & Spencer’s, or a variety of lovely cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Just a 10-minute walk away is the heart of Blackheath village, with all its charming shops and attractions. Or, you can easily get to the gorgeous Greenwich Park.

I’m a professional female (and I might even have a cat here in the future), and I’m hoping for someone else who’s easygoing and relaxed. It’s not a party house, so I’m looking for someone who’s 30 years or older and also a professional. Sorry, no couples, and I’m looking for a long-term arrangement.

Location: The flat is well-served by buses in all directions. Or, Westcombe Park train station is just a 10-minute walk away. The closest tube station is North Greenwich, which has the Jubilee line.
